All right y’all, you remember “Taix” don’t ya? One of our favorite venues to jump on tables, chairs, speakers, whatever we can get our hands on really. Where waitresses walk by Wilder in drag and say “I can see you balls, niga!” Ah, yes, Taix, you are so quaint and mundane, but so goddamn rock n roll.

As par the usual, the sweetness level on this particular night will be at the black diamond level. We’ll even have a couple new numbers for ya! Music will start earlier so come hangout, lay your foundation and then get ready to rock at 10:30pm when yours truly takes the stage.

Oh and if you missed Cheetah’s not to worry we will be doing that again!

A little last minute surprise for you all, considering the time honored tradition of scantily clad women and Rock N Roll music we decided to accept a last minute offer to play Cheetah’s on Hollywood Blvd. Yeah, you know the place. uh huh, that’s right. “Moaning Bones” is gonna popping off! What could be better than The JDR and strippers? As usual we will make this a super sweet time for all involved. Volz will be giving free lap dances afterwards.

The JDR takes the stage at 11pm.

We are talking about salacious syncopated sounds of an organic orgasmic nature where the quarternote marks the four count, hard. We are talking about auditory sensations, sound waves – if you will, with such metaphysical elation and stimulus that the peninsula of San Francisco will have no choice but to surrender its overcast nature and behold only clear skies, hard. We are talking about waking up the next morning in someone’s bathtub engulfed in seventy-five pounds of chocolate fudge wondering where the hell your shoes are, hard. We are talking about good ole American, Detroit City, Ford F-150 SuperCrew with a camper shell, gonna back that shit up against a wall so no one can steal our shit, hard. We are talking about toe tingling, hand swaying, color changing, I think those mushrooms I took an hour ago are starting to sink in and where the hell is my friend Joe C., hard. We are talking about vocal bustin’, string breakin’, drum explodin’, bass player wardrobe malfunctionin’(Sorry Viv), hard. We are talking about Super Sweet Rock N Roll, goddammit! I have heard the news and the news is good!
